Daily Herald Tribune Press Run Walk Training

We are excited to be offering the popular Daily Herald Tribune Press Run Walk training sessions.  Come join us on Sunday mornings at the Leisure Centre for a short presentation followed by a group run or walk.  All abilities are welcome to join, we can provide advice and support to help you acheive your goal.

 

We will be running 10 Weekly Sessions.

 

Free registration evening is Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 7 pm.  Please come in person and DO NOT CALL THE LEISURE CENTRE to register.  Come and meet your leaders and figure out what group you should be in.  We are so excited to have some additional groups for 2010.  Thank you for your feedback.

Prior to March 16, please print off the REGISTRATION FORM, complete it and bring it with you that night.

 

Training Sessions begin Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 9 am!

Groups include: 10k & 21k Walk, 10k Beginner Run, 10K (10-1*), 10k Run Intermediate, 21k First time Run, 21k Intermediate and Kids 3k Run

* Just what is (10-1): 10K training group (10 minute run/1 minute walk) for those who are already able to run for that length of time but are not ready to run faster with the intermediate group.
