Membership Cards

Membership cards will be available for pickup in the Leisure Centre foyer Sunday mornings just prior to our Sunday morning run at 9:00am, for the next three weeks (May 9, 16, 23).  After that they will be mailed out.  If you cannot pick it up, please email Laurie Lyle (laurlyle [at] telus [dot] net) and request that it be mailed sooner.  Thank you.

We are excited to be offering the popular Daily Herald Tribune Press Run Walk training sessions.  Come join us on Sunday mornings at the Leisure Centre for a short presentation followed by a group run or walk.  All abilities are welcome to join, we can provide advice and support to help you acheive your goal.

 

We will be running 10 Weekly Sessions.
